Thank you for your interest as a volunteer for "A Night of Giving & Gratitude"! This special Thanksgiving event brings together families from our community for an evening of warmth, connection, and celebration. Along with distributing turkeys and side items to support holiday meals, we’re creating a festive atmosphere with family-friendly activities, community resources, and opportunities for connection.
Create a welcoming and festive environment for our families by assisting with event set-up. Volunteers in this role will help transform the venue into a warm, engaging space for the evening.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange tables, chairs, and decorations.
- Set up resource tables and activity stations.
- Ensure signage is properly displayed.
- Unpack and organize supplies as needed.
