Thank you for your interest as a volunteer for "A Night of Giving & Gratitude"! This special Thanksgiving event brings together families from our community for an evening of warmth, connection, and celebration. Along with distributing turkeys and side items to support holiday meals, we’re creating a festive atmosphere with family-friendly activities, community resources, and opportunities for connection.
Be a key part of spreading holiday cheer by helping distribute Thanksgiving meal kits to families attending the event. Volunteers in this role will ensure that every family receives their turkey and side items with warmth and care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet families warmly and check their registration information.
- Distribute turkeys and side items to families.
- Assist with directing families through the distribution line.
- Help restock distribution tables as needed.
- Provide general support to ensure the process runs smoothly.
