1. Volunteer Opportunity
Join the YMCA team as a volunteer and help create a positive impact in your community! Volunteers play a key role in supporting our programs, services, and events, ensuring the YMCA remains a welcoming and vibrant space for all. Volunteering at the Y can include helping set out chairs before Silver Sneakers classes, sharing a craft or hobby with others and leading discussions, or spending time helping at one of our community events. We have a lot of different ways for you to volunteer, just ask.
2. General YMCA Volunteer Responsibilities Include
Partner with YMCA Leadership Team to assist in key program areas, including Custodial, Member Services, Youth Activities, ForeverWell, Kids Stuff programs, and more. Provide general support as needed to help maintain smooth daily operations and an inclusive atmosphere for members and participants.

• Passion for giving back to the community
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to member safety and to promoting the YMCA’s mission of fostering healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.

• Criminal Background Check - you will receive an invitation via email directly from Sterling to complete. Once cleared, you will receive follow up via email to come back to this opportunity and complete your registration.
