If you are joining us for the entire set up day, YOU ARE OUR HERO!! We will meet at the Welcome Center at Camp Gathering Pines.
We'll have you join the set-up crew to unload trucks, set up flagging, build obstacles, and any other job that comes up to get ready for our event.
Bring a pair of work gloves, wear supportive shoes/boots, dress for the weather, and get ready to make it a great event!
Food and water will be available.
Volunteer General Responsibilities:
• Assist in current community health initiatives that the YMCA is currently
engaged in. This may include our Community Healthy Living Index.
• Assist in growing existing community health events & initiatives that the
YMCA is currently engaged in.
Volunteer Qualifications/Requirements:
• Interest in community health and wellness
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with physical skills that includes walking, lifting, moving around in the natural elements, and other duties as assigned.
• Dedicated to member safety and the mission and philosophy of the YMCA
